If you just want a simple protein and lose 10-15lbs, just get some Optimum Nutrition (ON) Whey protein, watch your diet and do some cardio.

I got the ON whey and have been hitting the gym pretty hard. I try to incorporate my cardio into the workout/lifting, but it seems like it's not enough even doing a small circuit setup. I haven't seen much result yet, maybe a pound if that. I have been working upper body and legs on separate days. I will probably need to start running unfortunately.
