What can i do about anxiety attacks?

First thing is go to the doctor and have a full physical...This sounds like a anxiety mixed with high BP...

I have anxiety and take Zoloft for it...Yes zoloft is an anti-depressent but it is also one of the best medicines you can take daily to help anxiety and not be habit forming like xanax...

It helps me alot and I have not had any of those attacks in the year or so of taking it...

Try it dude it helps...

my bp yesterday was 130 over 80.. dont know if thats high or if its normal. lol.

Im going to call around to some other doctors and see what i can figure out...

120 over 80 is considered normal resting blood pressure rate. 130 is nothing to worry about.

Xanax is good.. I just hate promoting meds. :/

Get the 1mg and cut them into 4 pcs..

Buying 30 pills at whatever your co-pay is sucks if its 30 of .25mg ... Might as well get 30 of 1mg and cut them into peices... 120 lol
