Well, we've had a rare late start to winter up here, but last night it arrived. Nothing brutal, but it is officially here.

Very pretty at first... now if only it wouldn't last for so long. Although at this point for us, we're through November & December, which are normally snowy months up here. Only 2 more months to go!

We had a couple of flurries last night. I'm glad it didn't actually snow while I've been home. I've gotten used to the desert life.

I was just stoked that I got to use my new snow blower again. I was almost going to pick up the shovel then I remembered "Hey, I have a snow blower, the hell am I doing?" lol

It was also the first time in 5 weeks I've put on a work boot and actually done something with full weight on my foot. I had to move a bunch of shit around in my shed, and carry my self propelled lawnmower in the air to my carport in order to get the blower out of the shed. I gotta tell ya it felt good to do something... humans are NOT meant to sit around for 5 weeks doing nothing.

This has been my favorite winter so far. Barely getting under 40 and a few light dustings of snow that melted by noon. I'm contemplating putting my NT555s back on lol.

Yeah, it's nice. I gotta tell ya, I enjoy the change of seasons, and I don't mind having snow. I just hate when it's 5 fucking months worth of it some years. I don't mind a month or two though.

If it wasn't still getting into the 30s, I'd put my other wheels on, but they would have shitty grip anyhow. And yeah, I know as soon as I swapped them out it would snow 17 inches lmao. I've heard we are supposed to get a few big snows this year and thats it. Fine with me. I'd rather have snow a few times than every other fucking day. Driving in the snow makes me nervous as shit. I've got good tires but nobody else does. This happened after our first snow last year:

Dumb bitch slid right into me at a stop light then fucking ran. I got her plate number and had a friend look it up for me. It belonged to a different car and the address that was listed was vacant. I was really looking forward to a little payback

Here in charleston we rarely get snow, in the last 22 years it has snowed 3 times. one of those was flurries but we call that getting snow here.

Yeah, it just turned a bit colder here.

And by a bit colder, I mean it's hoodie weather instead of t-shirt weather. Highs are "down" in the 60s, lol.
