2012 Mustang Resolutions...

Screw the Gym... what's your New Year's Resolution for your Mustang? What do you have planned for 2012?

For me: I'm adding a supercharger and headers. Those are my big plans, but I'm sure I'll do much more. I'm also gonna do a rear seat delete.

Shelby:
-Intercooler install and make 500hp
-Make the engine bay a (show car) as the exterior (powdercoating supercharger, valve covers, and throttle body, install new plenum cover and strut brace)
-Roush 2010+ side splitters
-Have my slight stone chip damaged fixed for last year
-Few odds and ends in the interior
-New battery

Mach1:
-Full Roush kit (minus rear wing)
-Spintech side exhaust
-X-pipe
-FR500 anthracite wheels (18inch staggered)
-Spintech full length sub-frame connectors for side exhaust
(possible headers)
(possible lower control arm install)

1. get my cams in

2. new side skirts for my side exhaust

3. black out (tint windows and paint emblems)

4. new rear bumper

5. flush rear window louvers and new side scoops

6. possibly a water/meth injection kit

and if i somehow make a crap load of money this year, a nice suspension kit

My main plans are get my suspension done ( full bilstein shocks n struts, mm front coilovers, flsfc) I'm also going to get my cosmetic stuff done as well (03 cobra chin spoiler, 03 cobra/bullitt skirts and 03 cobra fogs).

Ultimately, id like to begin saving and buying small parts for my build.

Since this is in the clubhouse, i'll share what i'm going to do to my Contour. Optimized throttle body, optimized Y-Pipe, get some things painted under the hood, and fix the huge ass rust hole. Gonna be a cheap year due to my first year with Mortgage payments.

depending on how much I'm able to scrimp and save from my measly comp checks, I want to do cams + UDP's + CMDP's all at one time...other than headers thats pretty much all I want for performance (big stuff)

Oh and I'm going to get my car lowered at Carlisle All Ford Nationals, can't wait for that

1. Rear Spacers 1.5" At least

2. Front Turn signals, The Faded ones look bad next to new headlights.

3. Tinted Windows.

4. Cut Springs W/New shocks all around

5. Paint Calipers

6. Chin Spoiler

7. True Dual Exhaust instead of Single. "I want more Loud..."

8. Fix the Paint and Paint my Rims Black, Calipers Blue.

9. New CD player/Speakers with small Amp/sub combo

10. Fix interior issues, such as stained carpet and Mis-Matched Interior colors.

AND MY BIGGEST WANT OF 2012..
Split Port Swap with windstar Intake

And a shit load more that I cant think of right now but will deffinatly be doing anyways.
