Il check it all out, when we bought yhis house they said they had a lil problem with moisture in basement, my dad and me dug a canal, put tubes in there to lead water away when it rains, covered with rocks, then ground, never had no problems, so its gonna be somethon we look into for sure

They claimed they had , previous owners, but they were old, didnt really keep up the house
It was pretty easy to fix anything really, they said they did, we dont

Have a home inspection before you buy, and check to see if there are any deed restrictions. It would suck to find out after the fact that you can't put up a fence or build a shed or whatever .
