On a more positive note were going to be really good next year, we finally have a qb that I will really enjoy. I don't know how alabama is going to be, but in all the polls for next year (Oh I know, far off, just trying to be positive here, so keep it in your damn pants) have us and usc as first/second. That makes me feel a little better.

okay so this might turn into a rant but its time it gets out.
im very glad that the Roll Tide won because all of the LSU fans really piss me off. I go to a college called UL (Who won there Bowl Game) and so i also live in the college town. to buy anything by UL you have to go to the UL collage, to buy anything LSU all you have to do is go into the gas station, That pisses me off that the collage town i live in you cant even buy a sweatshirt.

My collage finally gets to a bowl game. our second bowl game EVER (the first one we lost but we were still happy to get there, back in the 80's) the game was soo good and everyone thought it was going to be over when the opposing team got a touch down with only 30 seconds left to go ( AWWW :'[ ) ow well, we still made it, until our team ran the ball up field and kicked a 45 yard field goal to win the game by 1 point (YAY)
So now UL wins there first bowl game in what i would say was the best collage football game of the year. All of the LSU fans started to talk shit about how no one cares and how the real game was on jan. 9th and that UL was a sucky school and who cares and shit.. (this just pisses me off) after days of LSU fans making fun of UL it finally dies down and now the LSU game and BAMA game comes, well now all the LSU fans are talking about how LSU supported UL and its about time UL supports THEM!!!!!! REALLY?!?!!?!so;fgks;dkfgjs;jt;reijts;rjsk a bunch of ass tards if you ask me....
well now that i know Bama wiped out LSU without letting them put a single point on the bored i think that they got what they deserved, and maybe i can support them next season.

RANT END. (Also UL plays LSU every other year and next season we play them, so let the shit storm in Louisiana Appear in a few months)

Mav, I will agree I don't see any UL stuff around here.

Me personally, I support any Louisiana team. I would have gone to the bowl game if I wasn't visiting my grandparents.

That game was straight up awesome let's be real. It was straight up badass.

I would not necesarically call Laffy a College town. I mean the college helps out vastly don't get me wrong, but it is not like La tech or Texas A&M or something of that nature.

It's the gas stations that choose the merchandise, not the school.

I like UL, I enjoy the feeling.

thats why i think a playoff system should be implemented(sp). Take every conf. champ, put them in a bracket and let them go at it, then we wouldnt have this argument.

It's opposite for us. We are loosing are star QB and our top three recievers. Which is why I'm so frustrated. I have been a life long O-State fan and we have always played the part of little brother to the Sooners (so I feel your pain Mav). If ever we had a chance this was our year. A record setting offense, most wins in school history, and our first ever conference title.

But, I am happy with a BCS bowl win against a very good Stanford team. And I am taking solace in, of all places, Auburn. A few years ago they got screwed over by the system, and came back a couple of years later and won it all. Hopefully, we can do the same.
