Wouldn't surprise me either.

Do they have a dyno at CJ ponyparts? I live relatively close, I could even get gears installed by them.

They do not have a dyno on site. I'm pretty sure they use another shops dyno for custom tuning. As for the gears, I think they gave me a pretty good deal on my install.

I prefer Mustangs Unlimited, their parts get here in 2 days and they are cheaper
I've heard people complain about the backorder stuff before. I've never had an issue. I've only ever dealt with Bill at CJ's. On the one occasion something was wrong with my order he went above and beyond what I would have expected from any retailer. That told me something about CJ's bussiness practice. Again I can not say anything but good about CJ Pony Parts.

Yeah I usually just order from them if its my last resort. I can usually get the parts cheaper and quicker through Mustangs Unlimited website and ebay store.

They used to be cheaper than most places and I would order majority of my parts from them, but then MU became slightly cheaper and my parts get here in 2 days. I do check it out when they do these 20% off sales, I've been thinking about getting a gauge pod from them.

Thanks for the support guys. We do read the forums as much as possible and appreciate any feedback, good or bad. We have real time inventory on our website now so you can see what is in stock before you order it. Orders placed before 3 pm get shipped the same day and most parts ship free as well. Even parts that may have to be drop shipped are still free. You only pay to ship items large enough that they have to be shipped truck freight. Between our sales and promotions combined with free shipping I don't think there are too many shops that can give you a better deal. If you have any questions about anything feel free to email me bill@cjponyparts.com I run the shop but can still help with parts and put you in touch with the right people.
