Anyone here play paintball? I've been wanting to get back into it this summer. But I doubt I can cause of my knee.. But if I can I'm definitely going to! So who all here plays?

I use to play religiously every weekend. Ended up buying a dye jersey, smartparts impulse, revy hopper, 6 count pod pack. I was loving it but then the economy took a shit and I haven't played in years. Sucks too because I only got to use the impulse about 4 times.

I wanted to play last summer but never had time. I hope i can play more this summer. I have a tippmann A5 right now and i have a problem with firing it.

hopefully i can get it fixed and a couple parts added on. i also want to get a Planet Eclipse Etek3 soon.

Used to be big into it. I've tappered off starting in late 2010 though. Veteran of one Battle for Britain and one ION at Shirmish in PA. Outside of that it's once in a blue moon at a local field. my one marker is used mainly as bear deterent nowadays.

Main setup - I only play woodsball:
Tippman TPX
Smart Parts SP-8 - Stealth shroud, Firebolt, Extended stock
Full Assault vest - 6 pods, huge HPA tank, rags, spare O-rings, allenkeys, etc.
Viewloader autoloader.

Extra markers for back-up:
Spyder VS-1 (First marker and an awesome one at that)
Spyder MP-1
Spyder ACS
Tippmann Alpha Black

Would love to get back into it but at the moment my Vest is beat up, the SP-8 needs parts and Smart Parts went out of business 2 years back. That's what they get for suing the shit out of everybody else on the market. And I'm not looking to burn the cash for it right now.

I usually play woodsball only as well. longer games, better enviroment, more options to stop the enemy.

I played for about 10 years (1997-2007) a lot.

Hell, I helped a guy setup an indoor field that used reball only (the rubber reusable balls). Although it didn't like my Halo B, I played there everyday for hours. for free.

Ive owned the following (in order, most of the time time I used one or another for a backup):

Spyder Shutter
Nasty Impulse
WGP Autococker
4x4 Shocker
Automag RT
2003 Shocker
1999 Angel LED
2k Angel LCD
SFL Autococker
2k2 Angel LCD
Angel IR3
2k2 Timmy

and now Im happy with a 2k3 Dust Black Angel LCD. Hardly ever play now, but I kept some gear to play speedball just in case I feel like playing again. I reffed for about a year or so (2008-2009), but havent been around it since then.

Back when I played a lot there were a few guys out there that had some really really nice autocockers. Always wanted one.

I have a custom built autococker (old back block design) that I built from the ground up so def not gonna say all the parts since none of it is stock except for the body of the knightcast, vforce profiler mask, 6 ct pod belt with 3 pods, halo b hopper with odyssey board, carbon fiber wrapped tank forgot the size. I used to play all the time, but just ended up getting out of it. Would love to sell all the stuff, but haven't had time. If I was offered the right amount I'd let it all go.

i only have a tippmann 98 custom and spyder victor and have only played a handful of times, but i loved it. would love to play again someday.

i play all year round, and i play competitively in tournys all around NE and America, ive played from northern nh to florida traveling.
im hooked and love the sport, i hope to one day throw on a ''pro'' jersey with my name on it haha

I used to play all the time. But that was a LONG time ago. To put that in perspective, the last year I played I bought the new top of the line hopper, Evo 2. Now it's old.

I also have an autococker and carbon fiber tank. I believe it's a 55/4500 tank and it's awesome. To bad it's been soo long that I'm sure it's out of hydro.

I got out because I just wasn't enjoying myself anymore. With speedball, everyone wipes, and it's "just part of the game" (which I think is *absolute* bulls

t). With woodsball, it was never a fair fight, I was always either shooting someone in the back of the head or getting shot in the back of the head.

If I could get into a group of speedball players that didn't have the wiping mentality, I wouldn't mind getting back into it.

I played for a while. I have just a Spyder VS-1 and a couple tanks, one air and one CO2. I've been trying to get rid of it though, I haven't played in a couple years. But it sure was fun as hell!
