Much appreciated guys.. I may just have to bight the bullet and get my CCNA. I have the iCOD from CISCO already but after going through the material and doing a couple of lab's I could tell for sure that I was still missing something. I'll check some of those links out. Much appreciated. Reps all around. Also, I don't want to get out of the I.T. field. I really like it and I think I'm fairly good at my job. So, I really want to stick with it. Again, thanks fella's. Looking at the CBT nuggets, I'm not sure what I should do. It's $600 for the "full" training with unlimited access to whatever you need for the cert. you are going for. However, they have a $24 twenty-four hour pass with unlimited access to everything. But, just for the day. Has anyone used this before? Can I do the 24 hour pass multiple times or do they use it to suck you in and buy the package?

The 24 hour access is good for multiple times. If you want a month access to the series it is $199 per month. They changed up their pricing since the last time I checked, it is expensive but it's very good. Cost all depends on how strict you want to study.

Definitely give it a try if you can swing it.
