Egg Drop! Help me with my physics again.

I took a paper towl role and put the egg in the middle, stuffed the tube with some dryer sheets. Put the bottom to an egg carton (the carbord ones) with a bolt and nut on it. Put some carbord fins on the sides and mine lasted 5 drops (he litterally just dropped it) before i told him to throw it as high as he could. Still didn't break.

the idea is no matter how you throw it the nut and bolt will always hit first causing the front to obsorb alot of the force. Then when it tips over the fins break its fall.

Teacher got mad and poped the egg out and "tossed" it to me to catch.

i ran, he was a cool teacher who liked to have fun.
