Any debt collectors on the forums

So I need some help,

I had two small claims court cases last year.

One guy was making on time payments but quit this month, Went buy his house and seems he has left town

Other person rearended me and had no insurance.

The accident one has a $1480.00 judgement + 6 months intest.

The other one is under a mediation agreement but since he didnt make his payments I need to go back and get a default judgement.

That one will be a 2000.00$ judgement.

If any of you are in the business of collecting judgements ill give you 30%

I really dont have time do all the collection stuff right now, so if any one is in the business Id appreciate the help

Exactly. In your original post, you did not require that I collect any money, only that I be in the business of collecting judgments(which I am), and that if I am in the business of collecting judgments, then you would give me 30%.

So pay up! Be a man of your word and send me my 30%, unless you're a liar. You're not a liar are you?

Might wanna look into using a collection agency. I won a judgement from a small shop years ago, and never received the money. They moved 3 times and then disappeared. I was only like $800 so I didnt want to pay a collection agency, but 70% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

lol Ya i got scammed by a shop also.

Its pretty lame because the guy has scammed people multiple times and from what I can tell he owes people upwords of 20k plus. The guy has a brand new motorcycle he races and moved out to lake elsinor. The orange county DA wont do shit hes opened two shops under two names and I imagine will do the same out where he is now.

Im having trouble finding a collection agency that will do those amounts. Most are saying they dont mess with anything under 5,000$

I don't know all the legal issues behind this, but my Business law prof said that one way he collected debts when people weren't paying was this:

Send them a $20 check from "BS Company INC." that he had set up for this sole purpose, saying they had won $20 for Bullshit. Then track the check to their bank. Then he would go to the bank with the judgement, and the bank would pay the debt out of his checking account.

somehow I still manage to get - rep from this thread

seems like someones a hater

Ya but if I did it as an online check and sent it from my bank I thought that it automatically comes out.

I still have a stub from the last check he sent me however the account number is **** out. Would that be enough to take to court? It has the bank and his adrees listed. Im going to do a debtors examination but I already know he wont show up.

See right now what mainly confuses me is the papers I have to file, the help center is useless and they all tell me to buy this stupid 20.00$ book on collecting judgements.

Fine, don't pay my 30%. I guess I'll just have to get a judgment against you for my 30%, come back to the clubhouse to find someone that collects debts, promise to pay them 30% for being a debt collector, and then not pay them.
