anyone ever do CPAT test. i can use some tips

so i will be taking my cpat test sometime soon. my guess with in the next few months and i want to start training for it. i was hoping someone on mm has taken it and can give me some hints, if not any fitness pro can help heres a video of a cpat test from a few years ago. thanks guys

I did it when I was in the fire academy, didn't have a lot of problem with it, biggest thing is to just be in decent shape and KEEP MOVING!

It seemed like he was in a hurry, but you are not allowed to run? Don't get.

yea you are not allowed to run. you can run for the hose drag but everything else is suppose to be walking. fire did you train for it or did you just go out and do it? the academy probably helped lol im just a volunteer so we dont have that type of training
