I'll have to check it out since I need more protien.
I always order of bodybuilding.com cause it is so much cheaper to buy off there and pay shipping than to get it in town

I don't know about it, it says "Loaded with Creatine"
Now, there's nothing wrong with taking creatine, but I don't know if that protein powder just has a lot of natural creatine, being a beef protein, (beef has a lot of creatine in it naturally), or if they loaded it up with extra creatine to trick people into buying it. If the later is the case, research if it its good creatine or not, creatine monohydrate, pure and simple, is the only creatine to take, imo. I speak from experience, someone I know was having mass gainer protein from Walmart, like $15 for a bucket, and it had low quality creatine and fillers in it, long story short, he ended up with kidney stones as a teenager, due to a combination of low quality creatine and dehydration while on it. I don't know why people want to try such new things like this. Have you had normal whey protein shakes that didn't work for you. Also, I don't know if it is a good idea to get all of your protein from one source, if you have the beef protein, and eat a a lot of red meat, all your protein is from the same source, where as with a whey or casein, etc, you vary your sources of protein. (I'd just stick with traditional protein powder. You can get plenty of protein and calories with it: I'm having 3500 calories and 175 grams of protein every day, and I'm in school for 8 hours, where it's hard to get in meals. I only weigh 155lbs.) Here's what I'd do if you need more protein: (I do a variation that I can't share, it's top secret... )Breakfast: 2 eggs and toast +2 scoops of protein powder + vegies Snack: 2 scoops of protein powder + a little snack Lunch: Chicken Breast + pasta or rice + little snack Snack: 2 scoops of protein powder + little snack Dinner: 2 Salmon Sandwiches + Pasta or rice or mashed potatoes + vegies Snack: Peanut butter sandwich (optional 1 scoop shake) I think with that diet you'll get plenty of calories, and way more protein than you know what to do with, unless you're some sort of monster who weighs 250lbs of solid muscle (around 175 grams of protein if I did the math correctly, and if you're that big you'll be hungrier than a 5'10" 155lb guy)

+1 to 01Lightning and I'd avoid the test booster...those things are a joke. They do nothing but make you a little more horny. If they really elevated your test levels like anabolic steroids, they'd be illegal. They just boost your horny test levels, not the free test for building muscles

No Muscle Milk, and never even think about drinking Monster Milk. Believe it or not, they have metals in them, much more than any other. Also, 50 grams of protein is superfluous, you can only use 30 or so at one time.
Stop using Walmart Protein (it is very low quality ingredients, and is actually dangerous) Don't go bust your ass in the gym and have bad protein. WOULD YOU EVER FILL UP A HIGHLY MODDED COBRA WITH SHIT GAS? No, then don't fill yourself up with shit protein. Don't even get me started on testosterone boosters if you're under 35. Any sort of testosterone amplifier is useless on anyone under the 30-35 range. The steroids that are testosterone, such as injectable testosterone, will actually shut down your natural test production, causing lots of problems once your cycle ends. I've never used the above mentioned protein, but this is what I use. I have 2-3 scoops at a time, the serving is 4, but that's because I have it often, and don't need 60g protein at one time. (It mixes well with a shaker bottle, but is much better in a blender) ![]() Also, whoever the OP is, or anyone else, what is your goal? By that I mean what do you want to do lifting wise (ex: ripped/cut, big, strong as possible, for a sport, etc) I can help you more from there: (I've played linebacker, wrestle, 2nd degree black belt, lifter, etc.) I know what works for what, just ask and I'll be happy to help, I love this stuff. Bye, I'm going to make a shake and go to the gym, its a back and biceps day.

I used to love those designer supps and all the new latest and greatest. Eventually I realized all I was doing was paying for their R&D and pretty labels. I've had my best results with Vitamin Shoppe Creatine Monohydrate, Controlled Labs Orange Triad Vitamins and Optimum 100% gold standard whey. The rest I get from my diet and a solid workout. |

it only has 2.5g of creatine.the reason im using the beef is cause the shakes that have anyform of lactose in them dont sit well with me. none of them. which sucks since my wife is an ambassador for ISS/OhYeah! and i cant drink of there stuff...as far as only "doubling up" the source of red meat protein i dont do it. since my wife is also a fitness competitor im on the same lines of dieting as her..chicken,turkey,veggies,etc.
im not really concerned with getting big.i could care less..just wanna stay in shape to help with my skateboarding. i figure a protein shake instead of burger king will benefit me more. i dont take any other kind of supplements.never pre of post work outs.sensitive to caffeine so its all off natural energy and motivation..which at 12 hours of being at work standing all day is hard to muster...i figured id try the elevate and see if get results...heard good things from the owner of BMCNutrition down here and from the ISS rep down here. if it doesnt work then ill stop taking it after the first cycle.no harm. thanks for all the input though i really appreciate!

He uses beef protein because he cannot tolerate any form of lactose protein.. so, no whey or casein. My product contains both.... Carnivor goes down easy and stays there, you dont burp it up or anything, it has creatine.. yes, but most guys look for that, its not particularly for women but they can use it as well. It doesnt have the fat or cholesterol that a regular steak would have, so its a very clean source of protein, that he uses as snacks between meals. If youve ever seen him, hes already lean, very tall and broad... its not gonna hurt him, and the Elavate isnt going to hurt him either, if anything it'll boost results.. its also an estrogen blocker which is something we were looking for... It cleans up skin issues, like acne.
He'll be okay!

This is my understanding at least from a lot of research on testosterone and androgens, maybe there's new research out saying I'm wrong, but I haven't read up on it much in a year or 2 |

So no lactose, huh? I can help you there.
Recently I've switched to a gluten and lactose free diet (long story why). My protein powder is lactose free, as is everything else, lol. I'm getting 3500-4000 calories and 160-180g of protein a day (with no gluten or lactose). It's working well for me, PM me and I may be able to help you out if you need something lactose free, I just don't want to share too much secret information here. But you don't really need my help, you seem like you know what you're doing. 94V6 and JadeMetal, you both seem like you know what you're doing, so I'm sure you did your research and whatnot, and are in great shape. 2.5g creatine isn't bad, unless you start having like 4 shakes a day, at which point 10g of creatine is a decent amount if I'm not mistaken. What I'm doing in my protein and diet may not work for person A or B. I'm in high school, and trying to put on as much lean muscle as possible, with a very fast metabolism. I'm also working out to get as strong as I can, not to body build or look a certain way, mainly for wrestling. Good luck, keep us updated on how it works, I'm always open to new stuff.

Been using this the past few months, one of the better mass gainers i've tried and fairly tasty, unfortunately I think its only available through GNC because its a "GNC brand" which means $$$$$$$. Got some pretty good results though. Listen to 01lightning, he knows his stuff.
