i raced a friend's civic that had DC sport headers, a k&n intake and a full exhaust (dunno what kind) and tore him to peices... i think his was a 94 or somethin... and was a 4 door.... all i had was a CAI

See! WTF! You guys get the civics challenging you. What do I get? My buddies 35 yr old best friend with a 78 slomaro running a 515 BBC with stroked internals and a 250 shot dual stage nitrous setup... Oh yeah and he said he would give my poor old fox a handicap of 2 sec. The civics round here are all blow and no go. you tell them you will race and they all of a sudden have to go to an "appointment" they forgot about. Well I could also race my buddy in his 69 nova with a stroked 350. THAT might be a little closer than the maro.

I know how you feel dude. Earlier tonight i ran to autozone for some car wash and towels. Some Integra pulls up with this big ass and i mean BIG ass wing. so he walks in and acknowledges my stang beside him. He walks over and asks me if thats my car. I said yes. He asked what do you think of mine? and he points to it. I sit and act like im thinking for about a second, and look over at him with a question. I asked whats with the spoiler? does it add aero dynamics? Hes like yeah man it helps me with traction. I was like really? and by this time im walking to the counter. I said its a shame you have a FWD and it decreases your traction. The whole store laughed and i just walked out. So i hurt his itty bitty feelings, but maybe it would have him think about what he does to his car
PS: keep in mind, this is a full stock integra with a full load body kit and the dude looked to be 16

in my area, theres RICERS galore like that, theres only a few of nice and fast honda's out here

I usually only race those guys in my wife's 120,000 mile 3.4L 4 door Alero. I save the Mustang for cars that will at least be challenging, & at least that way I don't waste the gas in the Stang when I beat them Civics with the wife's car.
