Why are you complaining about getting a ticket when you were totally disrespectful to the officer. Respectfulness can go a long way when dealing with police.

Step #1: remove the tint. The officer plainly said that was their probable cause to pull you over. Get rid of it, and you deprive them of something to pull you over for. You can't bitch about being pulled over when you're knowingly breaking the law.

Step #2: When you see cops, turn the music down/off. Again, don't give them an easy reason to pull you over.

Step #3: When a cop asks you something like "do you know why I pulled you over", you answer with the following "No, sir". If they ask if you know how fast you were going the answer is "Yes, sir". Answer the question directly and honestly, and volunteer no information beyond what they specifically asked for. Don't be a dick, being polite won't get you out of a ticket, but acting like an asshole will certainly encourage the officer to find something to give you a ticket for. Don't give up your rights, but don't be impolite about it.

I've been pulled, i believe, 7 times. one for blasting the stereo, can be heard 50ft away, one for dark tints, one for license plate lights being too dim, and the rest for speeding. got one ticket for 100 in 70 and one fix-it ticket for tints. i always have been polite and honest to the officers.

not driving like a dick helps as well. since the 100 in 70, i rarely speed anymore. not worth the hassle. been about two years since my last time being pulled over.

i have gotten a ticket in the windshield wipers for no front plates while it was parked at target. i never rocked a front plate and i never will.
