I got an iPhone 5 text this morning too. Slightly different. It wanted me to go to testecellular.com to test and keep an iPhone 5.

I've gotten a few in the past. As far as I know, there's no laws against text message spam at the moment. Hopefully something will get passed before this shit gets to the same point email is at.

I don't mind since I only get it once every several months. I'd like to know where they get your number. I give our house phone number for everything but school and work. Unless some person uses my number at random the school and my work would not be allowed to disclose my number I figured.
