Honestly, I'm not really worried about it. With all the pressure from Apple, html5 is starting to gain traction, and I'd much rather deal with an open standard than a proprietary format like flash. Hell, that's EXACTLY why I have an Android phone instead of an iPhone in the first place.
Flash has never really worked on my phone anyway, so I'm not sure why "Hurr, flash no work on iPhone" was ever a debate point in the fanboi battles in the first place.

I don't care either way lol. I hate my iPhone because of no flash, but love it for everything else. I liked Android because of flash, but hate it for everything else.
