I love the Tony Stark line at the end of the other trailer about what he is without his suit

I still haven't seen Thor or Capt America, though, and I'd like to watch them before this.

Which is truly an amazing transformation for that character, because before Robert Downy Jr's version, Tony Stark was just a crappy Batman knock-off.

i beg to differ.... i have always been a iron man fan, and if you dive deep into the character you really see him for what he is..... coincidentally, rdj looks like him and has similar issues as well, which is pretty much exactly how he was able to take the roll and make it his bitch....

no one could have done a better job.....

the movies that were great were the ones that were really able to capitlize on the main character, and have an actor embody it. whenever they stray from showing the true character, they fuck the story line up, and thus the movie....

i mean fuck, did anyone see the first hulk?

i honestly thought captain america was badass..... i was upset when they cast the human torch, because he rocked that roll too, but he did a great job as cap as well, even better the storm......

Yeah when I saw the trailer my first thought was, "What? No Edward Norton?" Then I realized just how shitty that movie was.

The first one insofar as this round of movies is concerned was the Eric Bana movie.

And for as much as I like Ed Norton, I think Eric Bana was a better cast for Bruce Banner.

EDIT: just checked IMDB... that's cool they got Lou Ferigno to do the voice of the Hulk

Yeah I remember reading that Lou was supposed to make at least a cameo, but I didn't know he was going to to the voice too. Awesome.

Im with you on everything you have said here Rags. I really liked the Iron Man movies and have been pumped for this movie to come out since I started noticing Samuel L Jackson making small apearances in random movies. One day it just clicked and I was like "Oh shit, they are going to put them all together" and then started seeing the previews ( with the end of Capt America being the final tie together for it.

this movie is going to own......

they did a great job assembling a great crew of actors and talent... in the very least the movie isn't going to blow because of all the fucking raw acting power......

i mean Jackson even almost saved snakes on a plane...... and now he's got like 10 people to back him up...... including a crazy production staff..... pffffffftttttt..... this movie is going to be fucking legendary...
