my fellow CPC'ers will be proud of me.. i can now fulfill all 3 requirements of being in the Cool People Club.. i have hinted around here and there, but i dont think anybody has caught on yet..

i bought a 1989 5.0 LX Hatch!

i will be going tuesday to pick it up and will have pictures up by thursday.. im so excited!

auto right now, but i will hopefully be getting a 5 speed from a junkyard to drop in there asap.. ihave big plans for it, but since my job sucks, it will take me a good while to save up for anything i want.. it will definitely be a long term project..

my plans eventually:

major suspension work
351W with 2 4 bbl carbs and twin turbo (i hope)
5 speed transmission
MT street radials
whichever gears best suit my setup
a differential that can handle the power
maybe a 12 point roll cage
weld draglite wheels
4" cowl hood (or drive around hoodless so people can see my sweet engine)

and thats all i can think of right now.. those are just the major things

it might all sound farfetched now, but i can guarantee each and every one of you that all of those things will be done... within the next 20 years..
