It's great that you got your things back but the real deal here is your brother, is he all right? Those scum bags would not get time for the stolen stuff although it might add to the sentence for the drive bye with the BB gun, believe me guys that offense is intolerable. If your some dumb ass out their who thinks it would be alright to drive bye and shoot someone with a pellet, BB, or paintball gun, you better re-think unless you want bubba's big one in lockup.

The damage is done it's a tough road when your 18 and start out your life with a fellony on your record. Sounds like those boys come from some bad breeding and absentee parents. If my kid showed up with a bunch of stuff that they could not afford I would have some questions and if they told me they found it! well thats BS it's time to get the cops involved as parents. I think the parents are complicit, involved; apples don't fall far from the tree.
