so early this morning, my brother is walking home from his bus stop, 3 kids driving around in a gold Buick drove by and shot him with a BB gun, so while im sitting home and getting a call about this, i go up to this kids house who my brother said it was, which happens to be a friend of mine, as im going up the cop is sitting in the driveway with my brother waiting for these kids, then i told the officer were the other kid lives because i hate the other one, so we got there, of course im stuck sitting in the back of a police car on a plastic bench with no leg space, so we get to the kids house and there not there, so he talks to the kids mother and she snitched them out, gave him ALL the info on his car including his registration, so they came back and the cop is yelling furiously at them and asked were the gun was, he says its inside, so we all go thru the GARAGE and what do i see?? MY SHIT THAT HAD BEEN STOLEN, so i told the officer that, that stuff right there was mine and i had proof, so he got the gun from them and brought them back to the station, with me crammed in the back with 2 other kids and the one was my friend, so the one kid who's house we went to addmitted to everything and his going down big time, and he is graduating tommorow as well
so my mom is pissed and my father is gonna end up killing these kids, cant wait for round 3

Those kids could receive some hard time, how old are they? I'm not sure about the laws in your state but a bb gun with the velocities they create are considerd lethal. We had a crack head mother of an 11 year old attacking her parents who were raising her son and the boy pointed a pellet gun at her to get her to stop, she went after him and he shot her in the chest, she turned around got in her car drove a half a block and crashed dead shot through the heart. Sounds like to me the kids who shot your brother need to be put away before some more damage is done, and your friend is no friend stay away from him he's bad news.
