what do you guys think about this? Not sure if it'd be worth picking up or not.

I agree, I made the mistake of buying a non-running car once that supposedly only needed a fuel rail. Big mistake wont ever do it again.

Yeah, think about it this way whyxitx-

MY CAR was a halfway done project. Look at all the stupid shit that I have uncovered in the course of ripping it apart.

Sure it cost me less than $500 to make roadworthy, but I just about ripped my hair out and set it on fire in the process.

...and I'm still finding stupid shit. Last weekend I actually found a screwdriver from the previous owner.

That too. I mean he swapped a motor and has admitted it needs several things.

You know why he's selling it? Because he tried slapping things together, and he got in waaaaaay over his head. So now he's trying to cut his losses. The previous owner of mine tried building it up, realized he had no idea what the fuck he was doing, so he bought a fox, and had to unload this clusterfuck.

You can buy it, but be prepared to to have to troubleshoot a whole lot of things, and spend lots of time fixing stupid shit, and lots of time looking at the what you've uncovered and going "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS???"

Personally I'd stay away.

EDIT:
Plus I mean come on, he doesn't even have radiator hoses, exhaust, or a fucking intake manifold for it. Those are some pretty big items.

AND THERE'S STILL A LOAN ON IT. RED FLAG.

If it was willing to do it for like $3500 I'd be all over it.

I'd take it for $4k but no more and that's only if the underside and interior are clean. Other than that, call it a day as they can be had running for not much more.
