prior to today, i have always thought of the new z06 as being a fairly cool car, and highly worshipped in the racing world.. i finally talked the old man into buying one and actually had my first opportunity to ride in one today.. if any of you ever ride in one, your life will be forever changed.. you can never in a million years fathom how fast these things are until you step on the gas.. in less then 100 feet, we went from a 30mph roll to 117mph before i could blink my eyes.. it is the most unbeilevably stable, safe, and comfortable vehicle i have ever been in in my whole life.. i love the way it sounds like your average mustang at idle but is no quieter than an f-16 at full throttle.. it kind of sucks though because nothing i ever buy will ever be able to stand up to this thing.. everything i drive from now on will feel so... ordinary
