Man, I was at the local BP pumping gas and I looked up and this old ass Mercery Sable LS was backing up outta the parking space of the gas station and looked pretty damn close to my car... so I walked up and she was right up on my bumper bending it all in with the corner of her bumper, I was totally shocked for a second there and then she was trying to backup more man... I flipped the hell out like "HEY! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?!?!?!?!?!" Then she pulled up and I was like man you just hit my car... she kept trying to deny it. She scuffed my front bumper up with her raggedy ass car old ass bitch couldn't even see the marks so I was like you try to leave I'ma call the cops and tell them your license plate number so finally she called the cops and then we filed a report and all then she almost hit my car and a person working at the gas station's car getting out... man old ass people need to have their license revoked or get a damn driving test every damn year after a certain age...

Don't have any pics isn't really much to see but like a 2 inch circle scuff and some little scratches in it, yeah she had insurance I dunno if I'm gonna do a claim though because I don't want my premiums to go up but I'ma try to call her insurance company to see if they'll pay to get my shit buffed out (I think it will anyway) I just think it's fucked up that my premiums will go up because my car was parked and some bitch hit it and I don't wanna always look at my bumper and think yea this is from when this bitch hit my car because she couldn't see shit and shouldn't have even been driving...

When I first moved down here, I got rear ended by an lx fox body. The guy had insurance, so I didn't call the police or file any reports. I just called his insurance company, and made him call them in front of me to admit fault to them. They kept asking me for my insurance info and I just kept telling them that I didn't have the stuff in front of me at the time. Less than a week later I had my car fixed, plus the cost of the rental while it was being repaired... Didn't cost me a thing and my insurance company never heard a word about the whole ordeal. So there was no way they could have raised my rates...

Florida has some sort of dumb ass "no fault" law. I'm not sure about the technicals of the law, but word on the street is, it's there to keep ass hat drivers on the road.

speaking of crappy drivers, i hate people. I only drive about 100 miles a week, and had to do a little extra today, and omg, people were turning in left lanes and stopping in traffic because they couldn't clear the oncoming, yet there were turning lanes for them to use. I had one lady who turned out of a shoping center in front of me right after i exited, yet she failed to realize i exited and gave it some gas cause there was traffic moving about 60mph 50 behind us....needless to say i had to wind through first gear and swurve around her as i slammed my poor baby into second, only to watch 4 cars right behind me do the same thing to avoid contact with her corolla.

Because you will actually not be going through your insurance company, but through the lady's company, you premiums will not increase. Your insurance company does not have to pay any money out on this. Hell, they won't even know about it. So, your rates are not going to go up.

Florida is a trip. When you drive its like war. Sometimes its so agressive in Tampa, traffic is doing 100 in the passing lanes and foreigners (which are worse than the old farts... especially the Canadiens) are driving down the center and all the rejects and sorry drivers are in the exit lanes because they're scared as hell.

You almost have to get an attiutude to drive here and make to where your going. I was never like it up north but now Im like "get the fuck out of my way, I got shit to do and places to go and you are pissing me off". Im a massive road rager and I dont care.
