COPS!

so its saturday night my n my friend who has a 96GT r cruising the strip n we see 3 GTs all next 2 each other in a parking lot we get out 1 is 96-98 w/a VT engine and its strocked 1 is an 03 Gt and 1 is an 00GT w/a copbra r bodykit,rims, and even the side pipes and a 2.1L KB under the hood were all talking and we noticed hes carring a 9mm on his side , then a cop car pulls in the lot and slowly rolls by and turns around then he jumps in and says im outta here that guy was an undercover trying to get someone to race

If that was the case why would he leave because the cops came. Maybe he left because he was illegally carrying a gun. If he was a cop he would have stayed until you left.

PS - You may want to reconsider your sig since a LS1 would eat you alive.

yeah...makes no sense... i have friends that are cops, and they tend not to police themselves. more than likely it was someone illegally carrying a 9mm or someone with a warrant.

i've actually had someting similar happen to me. Two guys were dicking around with us (we were in my friends 00ss) in a relativily base model porsche. We destroyed them and pulled over in a parking lot to talk to them. One of them got out and on his belt he had a badge clipped and off to the side. We asked him what was up and he was like don't worry, off duty. He had a gun and everything. After bsing for about 10 minutes he just got in the car and left.
