Got shafted on my holiday weekend.

Me and my buddy and my Girl were all out in the middle of the woods im talking right the fuck out there away from civilization having a fire cooking some hot dogs and drinking some beers and of course in between that all having beers. about 3 hours in and a few beers later we hear some rustling in the bush so we look back expecting wild life but instead we get a fuckin cop. what the hell how the hell did he get here we had to walk 15 min in the woods to get here. any ways long story short he gave my buddy a drinking in public ticket figure that one out. thats fucked up shit. The good thing tho is dispatch couldn't give him an address to put down where the offense occurred so we talked to my buddy's sister in law who is a paralegal and she said that he could fight it hand have it dropped. I just have no idea what the hell a cop was doing all the way out there and how the hell do you classify woods that are 20 min away fro many town and we were 15 min deep in them.... how do u classify them as public lol

the property u were on might be woods but it was most likely owned by the town. He could have seen cars parked somehwhere and just followed the light made by ur fire. Happened to me once years ago but we outran those pigs

i don't know how he could have seen lights we were deep back there and it was day time. no clue. im pretty sure that a farmer owned this property tho.

when the cop cam we had no buds only like 3 beers and 3 emptys my buddy got the ticket cuz he had the open beet when the cop showed up
