they have to have some sort or formal training...whether acrobatic of martial arts.......whoever it was had the body of a martial artists. Reminded me a lot of bruce lees's frame

right.........at first i thought it was gonna be some forign vid that just wasted my time. Instead it was some stupid foreign vid that actually made my jaw drop. Some of the stunts look a lil fake, but it may have just been the angle of the camera

i think the guy is a gimnast there is also a group that does that in U.S.A i dont remember in what state it was... the name of the american group is cat and something more..

what the guys does is possible and when he took thoes big jump that appear that he felt well thats a method use in special ops team to avoid taking serious impact on ur legs thus increasing the chance of a broken leg. when he rolled at impact what it does is take all the energy and disperse it thru the body..

yes, he is a gymnast, u can tell by the way he does his flips and that little stunt on the bars where he flipped around and hung upside down

some1 show that guy how to crack a safe...... seriously think about it, no1 would be able to catch him, he even outran that dog, the cops would lose him so easy in a busy area with lots of buildings

Thats a sport in Russia, its called le parkour if I'm not mistaken... I've had that video on my iPod for like a year... it kicks ass.

It's a sport all over the world called free running. I love it, but never really got into it. I messed around with a lot safer stuff than what he does with it. I also don't have the body strength, or agility as he does so I would die. But free running is an amazing sport.
