got in an accident, bassically i was drivin and starting to slow down for a stop light when i hear some1 yelling my name so im almost stopped when i look over and then bam i hit the car in front of me, wasnt even going 5 miles and hr when i hit the car in front me then that car hit the car infront of it, and of course with my luck the car i hit had a lady driving that was 6 months pregnant, so im there like a half hr while every1s going around the prego lady then finally a cop comes up and asks me what happened, and me being a dumbass told the truth and said i looked away at the person yelling to me, so i got a $96.40 dollar ticket for innatentive driving and takes 4 points off

this is my first accident ever, what happens?, i figure my insurance rates are gunna go up but am i gunna have to pay for anything like her transport to the hospital or whatever for the prego, im pretty sure if any damage is to the car that was in front of her that was hit im not realiable cause they legally have to be a few car lenghts behind the car in front of them, so whats gunna happen to me know am i done cause i got my ticket?

and your the one who wanted to go faster........ and yes your insurance rates r going to go way up, cuz your now a high risk driver. getting an "inattentive driving" or as we call it here in Canada "Careless Driving" your an automatically classified as a high risk driver for 5 years. im pretty sure the insurance company's work the same way in the states cuz we have all the same ones you guys got.

ya i do want to go faster still....... and i know im not realiable cause the cops gave the guy that she hit her insurance not mine, and my brothers girlfriends dad is a cop and i just got off the phone with him and he said that i have nothing to do with that car she hit that was her fault and that im not at fault and can not get in trouble for that
and my dad says its only gunna go up a little a month and that its not big deal(hes had his license supended and basically has gotten a ticket for everything that u possibly can get in a car)

well since your 17, this is from experience

im 17 now, when i was 16 with my 347 notch, my insurance was $400 a month that being im young with a extremely fast Mustang, its expensiveee
so when i got my 2.3, which was slower, they thought ok, 17, slow car, cheap insurance, $150 but still managed to pack 400 horses still

there is a trick ive seen done, if you have an EX 4 cylinder Mustang, you can get it insured as a 4 cylinder Mustang when its a V8 because the title still says its a 4 banger when its a V8 really

they probally wouldnt have given me a ticket if i didnt look like i did and the car looked how it did, i was dressed in my ripped up jeans and a angels and airwaves shirt, had my nice fag earing in, forgot to turn off my radar detector so it started going off while they were talking to every1, my nice 15% tinted windows, and halo lights, they looked at my exhaust to make sure it was legal(still stock) and said the only reason they didnt give me a tint ticket is cause the windows were down, literally rolled them down 10 seconds b4 i hit teh car, so it could have been worse, now only thing i have to worry about is the prego

where i live your liable because my friend got into the same situation 3 months ago in a ranger and he was the third car and the cops came and the first car was the one reliable for the 2nd and 3rd (his ranger)
