I do... I've been getting better and better in the past few weeks. My buddy from TX is here and he's a very active outdoors type guy. So I've had a lot more energy lately. I'm down from 220 to 205, and I've gotten stronger every week... We go kayaking a ton, and that helped my pale ass get tanned! It deffinantely helps burn the calories too!

Whats a gym?

I wish I had time. Wife, 2 kids, car, bills, business, job and ummmm, this stupid site take up all my time. I should mention that I do take walks because this neighborhood is pretty kick ass. Does that count? Oh, and if sex counts as excersize, thats a couple times a week too.

That emoticon is

I go to the gym every now and then I used to be obsessive about it, used to work out like 8 hrs a day, wake up in the morning jogging for 2 hrs, go to the gym in the afternoon and lift weights for like 5 hrs and then do 3 more hrs jogging before bed... had veins popping out of my abs and all but just been lazy lately going every once in awhile, and now I'm fat... lol.

My work schedule doesn't let me get to the gym, unfortunately, as I'm on the road 5 days a week. Shit was getting out of hand, and about 2 years ago I hit 250 lbs. Seeing as I'm only 6 foot, that's not good. So, I loaded up the truck with a bit of exercise equipment, starting off just with some 20's, a cord, and a small stepper thingy. I did that for a year or so, and dropped 30 lbs. When I couldn't get anymore out of the 20's, I bought a pair of 35's, and I had one of our drivers, who is also a certified trainer, make me up a special program that allows me to hit different groups, just once a week each group, over 3 days. I can't remember what type of lifting he called it, it's that shit where you do like say, 2 sets with the 35's, and then no rest and in to 2 sets with the 20's type of thing. The pushup deal he has me doing is killer. He has me doing 2 sets of regular pushups with a two-minute rest in between those, and then after the 2nd set, I take a 30 second rest and do two sets of incline pushups. This is the type of thing where you're going along at it, thinking, "Hmmm, I'm feeling pretty good", and then all of a sudden your muscles just fail, and you feel like barfing after for a few minutes. lolz
btw I also do all this stuff during a delivery, outside in the heat or cold, while wearing work boots, gloves, and a nomex fire retardent pair of coveralls. You ain't sweated until you have worked out in that gimmick. rofl
So no, I don't hit the gym, and although i don't go nuts lifting heavy, I do try and stay in shape even though I'm on the road.

I am there 4-5 days per week. I have been at it for 7 years now (I am 25). I did 2 body building shows in my earlier year. Now I do it for me and to stay healthy.

For those that say you don't have time. You make time. I work from 8am - 6pm. It takes a hour each way to get or home. So I get to the gym at 5am then go to work or I drive straight there after and get home at 8:30pm.

For me it's another job. That is the weekday program.

Well, I average 70 hours a week at work. I have no schedule whatsoever. One day I may go to bed at 8 pm and wake up at 3 am and start driving, and then the next day I may go to bed at midnight and wake up at 6 am. And when you're traipsing around 2 countries in a tractor trailer with 13000 gallons of rocket fuel in the tank, it's not easy to find places to park, even if you had a membership at a chain gym. But I do ok working out at deliveries.

Yer not kidding. When my buddy wrote out the program, and was explaining it, I thought "meh, that doesn't sound so hard", until I started doing it. lol

Yeah. In the truck, I can only carry so much equipment, so I carry two 35's & two 20's, and use those along with a heavy resistance cord.

if you need any advice just let me know man..

if you do cardio the best time to do it is in the morning...

don't eat or drink (besides water) beforehand.

Thanks man

Yeah, I hear you on the cardio/am deal, but as I say, it's tough for me. I have to wait until the truck stops & I'm delivering somewhere, so I literally am quite often doing a workout at 3 am after having been awake for 12 hours and driven for 8 or 9 hours. lol

Hmusn: give me the best ab and cardio workout you know of. I want my damn abs back. Something i could do daily or every other day, without running over a mile or so if possible. (I ride a bike to and from work. About 1.5 miles each way)
