Okay, i am in WKU's computer lab...My damn laptop will not get on the internet...I look on the little toolbar in the botton right hand side of the screen, and it says "Offline" or "not connected"

I click on it and it is the "SQL Service System Manager" or something like that...Then where it has a location to type something in for "server", that line is empty...

My wireless says "strong"..as in good connection, and all other properties look normal..

Now, how do i get the right server to enter into that blank?

It might be until tommorow before i get back on so try to bear with me if i take awhile to help you out further.

Thanks

Yeah i would advise go to the tech support guys at school. they will hook you up. And if you have windows vista then that can always cause problems too. All depends on what kind of wireless system your school has. I know at the ITT i go to i had a hell of a time getting connected on vista
