went to the track in the duramax the other night

ran a 15.1@87 completely stock. later, a red ford came up to me and was like my trucks runs good for a diesel doesnt it? i was like what did it run, he said 15.2@89. i was like cool whats done to it, he said a 5inch turbo back and an edge tuner set on the 100hp and 300 ft lbs tune. i told him and showed a slip of mine stock running the same. all the sudden he had something wrong with the truck.

anyways thats why i didnt buy a ford truck.

my trucks running great, gets 21 mpg and pulls low 15s stock.

wont be long at all. my truck weighs over 10,000 lbs and runs low 15s stock, a ford with a tuner and huge exhuast that weighs less cant outrun me?

ive got a 4inch turbo back exhaust and custom tune lined up!!!!!

should be in the 13s after that

thats awesome. i love diesel trucks god the torque is amazing. you can tow a boat or a car trailer and not even notice its behind you. then race a GT and beat it lol

Hey man not knockin the truck or anything but that powerstroke should have went faster than that if it had those mods. It should be in the 14s. Was it a 7.3, 6.0, or 6.4 PSD? Something was probably wrong with it. But stock those are some great numbers.

he was a 6.0, that seems to be pretty typicakl of them. ya i agree it should have gone faster, but it was funny cuz as soon as i said what mine ran, he all the sudden had problems, but before hand it was all about how well his truck was running

anyways its typical for those fords to be running mid 14s with those mods

yeah that is funny. a while back when I still had my Mach it was stock and I waxed this 99 Cobras ass and at the end "his foot slipped off the clutch" yeah right.
