i have a cousin who lives in the city and all they do is harrass people with stupidest $hit ever

for example, around 98-99 i think, there was a 18 year old kid who started writing his name on a subway map and was mistaken for a graffiti artist and was beaten to death....

cops never got in any trouble ither.....

I remember my first ticket.

Day after I turned 18, and I was drivin home from work. Turned onto a street which everyone, but that cop thought was 50. The cop knew it was actually 45(thank God for that). Well I have a van infront of me, and the light turns green and we go. The 2 lanes turns into 3 and I go into the 3rd lane, and go. Get up to speed. Well next thing i know there are blue lights behind me. She comes up to me and asks if I know why she pulled me over...well apparently I wrong. I said yes. She then see's I just turned 18 and says "Well your going to big boy court now."(I really wanted to say "I thought I was going to traffic court.") She then gives me a ticket for wreckless under the statute of "Driving in a manner that endangers the lives and limbs of others." Class 1 misdemeanor. Could royally fuck me over. Well blah blah blah skip skip skip...we get to court...she then tells my attorney "I really didn't want to write him the ticket." THEN WHY DID YOU BITCH?!?!? Anyways. We both say our sides, and the judge also thinks the speed limit was 50 instead of 45(were you paying attention?), and then listens to the rest of her story where she leaves out the van. I then tell my side with the van included. Skip skip skip more talking more talking more talking. The entire charge was dropped I have +3 record, and the ticket doesn't even show up at all when my record is looked up.

If you go to Traffic School you still have to pay the ticket + traffic school, sense she wrote your ticket wrong I would just fight it say she pulled over the wrong car, it will get dropped, 3 months ago I got pulled over for no seat belt but the problem was I was wearing it and he just wanted to be a dick so I wasnt about to pay it so I decided to fight it and when I went to court he filled for a Continuance saying he couldnt make it that day so I came back the next month like the Judge said and the cop didnt show up...what a dick right...but they dropped it of course becuz the cop didnt show up, but yea just fight it...lol

like mine we had this ex highway patrol guy with no neck and would yell at us and i would just laugh my ass off and then at the end we watched the good son and i slept

You may just get lucky on your ticket. It is a technical mistake on her part. Go to court an fight it. I would because she has your vehicle labelled as a cheverolet. It sounds stupid, but you can get off on little things like that
