I know that you can wreck at the track, but there are no cops or lives at risk.

All of that is true. There is one major difference however. When you go to the track, you accept that there is a level of danger there. That is far different than some innocent person walking/driving along and getting killed or crippled as the result of a street race. I'm not preaching, or being hypocritical, as I'm no angel, I'm just sayin'. The argument that the track is dangerous as well isn't valid.

Now I'm going to work so I won't see your reply, so you will have to PM me your diatribe, pp

god damnit its people like you who make insurance rates high for everyone else. i'm glad you didnt get hurt, but i dont feel sorry for you fucking up your car. its a good lesson not to do stuff like that and hurt somebody.

is it just me or anyone else here notice that theres way more stories about 6er mustangs that race and crash than GT mustangs.

GT's know they got the power and dont need to use it unless at the track

V6's want power and when they beat someone in a street race feel they have it so keep doing it to feel good about there cars

and hey dont get me wrong ilove V6's im just theorizing

this could be true, and another reason i bet is because a lot more people try to race against the v6's because they are too scared to challange the v8's!

most cars that are faster than the GT's are driven by responsible adults who have no intentions in racing on the street.. the ricer honda guys stick to racing the 6's cause its a fair race.

i have seen the porsche driven by a 17 year old kid at my school. he has a yellow GT3 it was rediculous. his dad bought it for him and on top of that paid extra for it to have an auto tranny cause he is a big puss and didnt want to drive a stick

yup street racing is fun but it pretty much all boils down to boosting your ego by winning.. and people who know they're fast dont need to prove anything to anyone.

i have never been challenged by anyone except honda's and a couple wrx's.

im not going to lie either which way it feels nice to beat someone in a race... don't lie you know it does...

50% of people with slower cars are out to prove its not slow and they think the best place to do that is on the street...

i am in the small part that doesn't care any more i know my car is slow... i just want something that will get me from A to B and look good doing it...

also the badges i think were of autobadges.com

It's stupid idiots like that, that kill inocent people and raise everyone elses insurance premiums.

glad you alright man. Hopefully you'll learn from this and be smarter to keep the racing AT the track. Best of luck to ya.

If someone asks to race, just say real men race at the track.
