ok so i just got the ticket today in the mail... its only $248 and $305 if i want to go to traffic school (which i will be going to) which is ALOT less then i though it would be, i was thinking around $500, and it doesnt say i HAVE to go to court so i have decided just to pay the $305 for the ticket and traffic school.. so case closed on that one, thanks for the advice guys but its gunna be easier to just sack up and pay it instead of trying to BS my way out of it. i appreciate the advice anyway

Well here even if you get the ticket dropped most the time you still have to pay the court costs. And those ticket prices are wicked man. 20 over here is like $125 and thats with court costs!
