New job offer

I was at a job conferance yesterday and interviewed with goodyear. They offered me a postion as there senior electronic technician at either plants, danville VA, or fayetville n.c. He told me they are going to start me out at $30hr, only working 14 days a month since they are 12 hour shifts, and i can work as much overtime as i want at $45hr. So that is $62k a year and if i manage to work 2 days a pay period overtime i will be at 93k a year. This is not including the military disability i am going to be getting which might be anywhere from 500-1200 a month. I AM GONNA BE RICH BITCH. I go there next week to take a basic electronic test, piss test, and final interview with the other maint guys i would be working with. I thought i got paid pretty decent now 45k a year, i can't imagine how good this is gonna be.

well after i work there for a while and become finacially stable, bills paid off and such and bought my house, i say just a little 96mm turbo for the stang might do her some good.

what shift will you be working? after awhile you probably wont be wanting to be working those two extra days every week. you will be so tired

and that sounds like a pretty good deal though. any idea which plant your gonna take?

i don't know the shift yet, its 7-7 either way, with 2 days on 2days off and every other weekend. Yeah it might get a little tiresome but i think i can do it for a year, then just work my normal shift after that until i can become a supervisor or move up to corporate which is my goal in the next 5-10years. Or if i can pull in enough to start my own shop i will do that.
