Modded Mustang Meet...

OK, before you get too excited about seeing Emays car, please read... This is a thread about ideas and seeing whos up for it. A couple poeple ( myself included ) have expressed interest in a meet, cruise, or something of the like. Mostly a chance to SEE other members and their cars up close. But first off we need to see where everyone is at and where they are willing to go to. I know some of us are up north, some in the south, ect... So, sorry this cant be close to home for everyone. But I think we can find a nice medium that would apeal to everyone. Let me know what you guys think and who would be interested. Constructive critism is more than welcome.

I'm interested. I'm up in Canada, so I will be traveling no matter what. As long as it's within 600 miles, I'm more than willing to take a weeks vacation and have fun with it. It would be great if we could show up at an event somewhere as a club from Modded Mustangs, but we would probably have to get with Joe (mdvaldosta) on that. That way we could make it a weekend event, get hotels, and have some fun in the evenings as well.

we should also try to tie in a track rental as well.

A meet would be illogical because everyone is so spread out, but we could have divisions... like... north east, south east, mid north, mid south, and west.... we have enough members that i think we wouldn't be too watered down in any single division..

Tough to say, MXD. I went to Carlisle this past June with another club I am part of, and we had 55 cars & 70+ people show up, and they came from all over. Granted, not everyone can/will come, but I think if we pick the right location, we can get most of use there. That being said, we could certainly have more than one meet.

y dont you do a northeast and southwest

that way the canadians and anyone on the east side can go to the northeast one

and the southerners and californians and ppl up in the northwest can go to that one

have on in PA or VA.. mid-way point for canadians and floridians

and have one in like.. Las Vegas or something.. mid-way point for the whole west side of the country lol

i'm just being selfish lol i don't wanna spend money to drive out to chicago or whatevr major city is the middle of us all

PA is a good idea. Centrally located, and I think most guys could make it there. We could also show up at one of the events in Carlisle, or some guys could just hop on down to the next All Ford Nats there and say hi to me. lol
