it's not really 410.
trust me. tell ya what.. go do an exercise on a bowflex with say.... 10 pound weights. then try it with free weights. |

it's restricted weight. not free weight.
basically... it weights less... all the pulleys and such knock off what you really need in the workout. the weight |

bench probably only 205 now.. i used to bench 225 in my prime, before i stopped playing football and got lazy
squat i haven't done in a long time.. i used to do 405 no problem i never really did deadlifts that much.. i did cleans, i could do like 215

with any machine you will be doing a certian amount of weight but go to free weights and you wont be able to do as much

Free weights make use of SEVERAL muscles, while machines use specific muscles, and can tone/build one muscle rather than a whole area.

well i could care less about weight
lol i jus wanna look good strength dont mean shit in a fight, so for me it's pointless i have fun doing other things. i kno ppl who lift all the time.. they treat it like a hobby. and that's cool, but im still bigger than he is, even tho he's stronger lol
