so i sold my mustang to some kid yesterday, and after we sign the title and all he gives me the money, in the form of a money order. he knew right from the bat that it needed a started adn it had to be pop started and one tire was kinda bald. so as hes driving it home he says he stalled out, so im like wtf now i have to go help you push start it. so before that i deposit the moeny order in the bank and go to where he was at. when i get there hes bitching and moaning he doesnt think he wants the car anymore, and im like dude wtf you sigend the title there is nothing i can do now. so i leave and go about my business and when i come back a couple hours later i see my mustang sitting on some guys property windows down no title in the car and no keys. i call the bank and he cancelled the money order. so i go to the police and they have my title and keys. i call the kid up and ask him why he stalled he tells me he doesnt know why, so im like do you know how to drive stick man what did you shift at, and he says i shift at like 2000-2500 rpms. wtf who does that shit. thats why he stalled. so now im stuck with a title in his name and a car that got impounded that i have to get out. i dont even know what to do.

uhh wrong.

it was legally sold to him.
you got a contract written I assume?

as long as he signed that contract/or the title the car is his.
you can sue him if thats the case

if not you can just get a replacment title from the dmv. just tell them you lost it.

yeahh im going to call my friends lawyer tomorrow..and see whats upp..and talk to him about al lthis shit..and settle this shit in court..ill keep the car, just fix the oil pan and get me a new tire..thats all ill want and a new title..
