First start off with Running I'm talking about a few miles, other days sprints and other days jogs with bike time the first step in to getting abs is loosing the water weight you would be surpised how much weight you can drop by loosing water weight than that will put you at your real form then the toning precess consist of diet, abdominal training, and resistance and you got to keep at it! I usually bulk up to 250lbs now I'm only 5'11 than when training season comes I get back down to 215 which is my in season weight! Anything is obtainable if you try hard I went from a 48 inch waist to a 34 inch waist in 5 months of extreme training!
22 Years old 251 Lbs U see i'm about double his size

the only way your abs are ever going to show is if you drop your body fat

8% they will start coming in nicely


your gym will have some body fat callpiers for you to measure or doctor

crunches dude and sit ups old fashioned way really does work to tone ur self up.

+1.. you'll never see your abs until you lose body fat no matter how many sit ups, etc. you do..

I have been told to jog like 5 minutes before i lift to get the heart rate up...Then lift...

I will start to jog more i guess, with biking in the mix...This is a goal of mine...i probably have about 15% body fat so i need to get my ass to work! That is compared to the 9-10% i had in high school...

My beverages are gatorade, powerade, water, orange juice, apple juice, and 2% milk...Is there a problem with any of those? Are any of those "bad" for my goal?

I think i'll run for 20 minutes today...At my pace, that is over two miles.

to work lower abs.. i jus grab onto a bar and pull myself up like a pull up

then kick my legs out in front

ur lower abs do the work..

you will drop body fat pretty fast if you keep up a good diet and keep doing cardio and work out

I wouldnt be drinking milk all throughout the day as your main beverage of choice since its full of fat. But i'm sure you probably drink mostly water... right

well mostly powerade/gatorade and water....The only time i have milk is when i have cereal....and that only happens on the weekends! lol

I was just listing what i drink from time to time.
