So i was wondering since i started my workout again Wednesday, what is a good exercise to do for lower abs?

i have had a lot of luck with these in the past
if you do a full sit up or work on from horizontal to sitting up on a angled bench then you will see the best results ...

When U do a full situp and at the top of the situp U touch your right elbow to your left knee and vice versa!

Tony ,what kind of shape are you in ? Already have a flat stomach ?

All humans are born with a "6 pack" . If you didnt have them,we wouldn't be able to stand up straight .Yes you can make them bigger or stringer but great visual ab's start in the kitchen.
