Lots of car companys from the old days made inline 8's but they went away with them because the inline motors dont idle as smooth as the V motors because of the added friction of the cyliners being vertical

don't inline motors give you more torque?? and with todays technology you can manage a shit ton more power ... someone should do it as a prototype for fun
