I am so sick of all of this bullshit. I love my girlfriend to death , we have dated for 4.5 years , happily might I add and then off of a sudden she breaks up with me tonight. Just right out of the blue. I cant see myself with anyone else, she is just perfect for me and I dont have a fucking clue what to do. She doesnt bitch at me about anything and she never complains about what I do. What more can you ask for? We had a great day today , we spent all day together , I even called out of work for the first time in two years so I could spend the day with her. Then at the end of the day she just started crying and said she needed some time. She said she loved me and she didnt want to hurt me but she was scared of what to come. She has never been with another guy and I am her first love. I dont know if she is just scared of not knowing what else is out there or what. I dont know if I should be mad or what and I dont have a fucking clue what to do. It makes me feel like i just wasted four years of my life and it pisses me off so bad for it to end like this. I talked to her for like 3 hours afterwards and all she did was cry and tell me how sorry she was. I just dont understand this shit at all. I just had to vent some steam.

Just give her a little time to collect her thoughts and try to talk to her again. Shes either having a psycho ass girl episode (like all girls do occasionally) or the reason she never bitches at you is because she holds her opinions and dislikes inside until it finally overloaded her. Shes probably just havin an episode through man, just relax, give it two or three days, and talk to her again.

She must have something going on that she needs to work out by herself right now I bet she will be back. I went through that same situation about 4 years ago and it wasn't easy. Time will tell the story dude. Red's got a point. Give her some time and space. Has she ever brought the 'M' word yet. Thats how my relationship went sour.

Ask her whats wrong and why she broke up with you there is no harm in that

I have asked her , and she says its hard to explain , she said she doesnt want to end up like her mother , her mother has NO relationship with her husband and is miserable. She said she is just scared, I dont know , the way I look at it and what I told her is why lose something good just because you are scared.

If she has grown up with her parents not having anything to do with each other, that would have made a big impact on her. She thinks thats the way all relationships end up and is scared because she doesn't want to end up like that. You have to show her that all relationship aren't like that, and that you can spend the rest of your lives together and be happy.

she sent me a text message and told me she would call me in the morning because she cant stop throwing up and she cant even make it to her bed. she also said that we would get through this somehow.

i love her to death and i dont know what to do , i dont want to push her to get back with me but i dont want to let her go.

not to be a psychologist but I think that because your g/f has seen what has happened with her parents and their troubles that maybe she is scared it will happen to you guys so she is just pannicking.

Well her dad cheated on her mom and they divorced and then her step dad and her mom have a miserable relationship but i have showed her that all relationships are not like that (4 years worth)
