Lark Mobility Scooter

well i need a drivers wheel bearing. ball joint. my stabilizer bar is sloppy so needs new bushings. they are going ot locate my drive line viberation on decell. its a suspected bad u joint or both. the bwack breaks are still sticking a buit and the rotors are screwed 1764587125390 ways till sunday, my abs sensors are messed up so im getting both of those replaces just on the lark mobility scooter that i might be driving this on ocation in the winter if i absolutly have to so i need the TCS which relys on the abs sensors. calipers are suspected to be in the need of a rebuild on the rear. and what inspired me to get this done now asap??

the fact that i nearly shit my pants this morning when i had to slam on the breaks cuz of grandma taking a left turn in front of me out of her driveway while im going 65 mph .... needless to say i can smell burning breaks but my car isnt stopping like it should.

ur rotors may be warped, that could cause extreme vibration on decelleration.

the ball joint, bearings crap should be that much money.......

yah im just worried that some how my rear end isnt quite right. i checked it there is no shavings in the gear oil and the wear pattern looks to be correct. but who knows it could be off by .001 and be causing vibration. they told me that they r almost 100% sure that its the breaks and the u-joint thats causing the vibration though. my rims are hot as fuck after a good drive. so i know they are sticking.

i hate having to use a shop man....

90% of the time i pay my buddy to work on my car. The only times I don't is when he tells me to go to a shop, cause he doesn't want to fuck something up. He wanted to do my gears, and i wish i had him do them now, but it was cheaper and more convient(atleast i thought it was going to be) to have a shop do it.

I'm kicking myself now. There's this clanking noise in accelration, cars hopefully gonna go back in tomorrow to get fixed.

I learned my lesson though......i got way overcharged for everything to boot. I'd rather pay him 1/4th the labor, and do my own part shoping. + he lets me help out. Before I started assisting him on his car and mine I understood how a motor worked, but i couldn't picture it in my mind. It was just to complicated.

I got quoted for 750-850 bux to do a PI intake swap........
I'm paying him 150 for the labor
i paid a total of 289 for all the parts.

Im a on site serves technician so i do alot of driving as well as in shop work and im also enjoy when my car stops when i step on the breaks. unfortunitly this is not the case its unsafe and merits me to take it to the shop to be fixed.

If you put on new rotors make damn sure the torque the wheels on not air wrench them, whixh is the leading reason the brake rotors get warped!
