im with BWAL...my mom got bit by a spider last week and her arm was swollen up , and she had a fever and shit from it...she was pretty sick

I have those around my house. Thats called a bannana spider (South American). They are not native to the States. Some asshole brought them here years ago on fruit in the hull of a boat. They are not very poisonous. Their bite is equivelent to a wasp sting.

Recklous and widows are the common ones around here that can F-you up. Neither are aggressive but will nail you if you put them in a bad spot. Make sure you shake out your clothes before putting them on will eliminate most bites by these bad boys. You should also make sure you keep your blankets from touching the floor because they are known to crawl up them. Most of all, keep you house clean so they have nowhere to hide! Of course, this is all pointless advise if you dont live in an area where they can survive.

Damnit you beat me to it. There were tons of those back home in AR. We had one that every late summer into fall would build a web in the same place by the right side of the front door. We called her out pet. I used to catch bugs and throw into the web and she would love me for it...

I love the song in that vid! It's pretty funny!

Thats cool. Those spiders look really nasty but theyre good for eating bugs n shit you dont want. They stay in the web and wont bother people.

I cant believe Im defending a spider. I hate them.

The one at the old house used to sew a big zig zag design right in the middle of it, I always thought it was to keep birds from flying into the web and destroying it.

In Kentucky we call those Garden Spiders...

There is a old story about them...That if you kill one it will come back and write on your tetth...Thats what my great grandma told me...
