dude.
even with all that shit everyone has mentioned cause i dont care to read it all.
its simple.

after countless days of installing and deleting and reinstalling programs and all your day to day activities.

the windows registry gets bogged down and becomes enormous .
and because of that it takes longer to acces the registry thus making your computer slower.

my highly recommended advice is to save everything you have and reformat the drive.
instlal all the programs you want back on and dont install and uninstall so much

but definately reformat the drive

generally IMO, itll take way to much time plus i dont trust a computer deciding what needs to be there or not.
