The past couple of days i have been working on fixing my 02 sensor because the intake i have in my car doesent have the peice it connects to. So since i got the car the service engine light has always been on due to the mass air flow sensor not being connected. And due to it always being on i couldent get an inspection. So today i got it fixed and since i just got the light to go off, i now need to put 60 miles on my car before i can get an inspection. So my buddy calls me up and tells me he wants to show me a bar he went to a couple nights ago which is a couple towns over so i figured why not. Since i have to put 60 miles on my car to get my inspection i might as well take the ride to try and reach what i have to...So i pass a cop sitting outside the bar that i went to go see and i saw him pull out....and since i had my windows up alittle with my pitch black tints i knew he was coming for me...So i quickly make the next left into a residential area and start driving slow....anyway the asshole puled me over...searches me and my WHOLE car....and keeps screaming at me teling me he knows i have drugs in the car...but i dont so he ends up getting me for:

Tints....
Going 10mph in a 5mph school zone....
Not stopping fully at a stop sign....
Talking on cell phone.....
Turning without signaling.....
no seatbelt.....
outdated inspection....
loud exhaust in a residential area.....
carrying a fake ID ( felony).....

This happened all in the 3 mins they were fallowing me...When the truth is

Tints- my windows were rolled halfway down...
Going 10mph instead of 5- so fuckin what its 12 oclock at night
Not stopping fully at stop sign- I made a quick right and i guess i did one of those break taps because i was making a right going 1mph
Talking on cell phone- I dont hve interior lights in my car due to a blown fuse so my buddy was using my cellphone light to look through cd's in my cd case but according to them i was on it
No seatbelt - True
Outdated inspection - Working on it
Loud exhaust - QUIT YOUR BITCHING
Fake ID - So fuckin what i dont use it anymore i carried it on me since i was 12...I didnt even know it was in there....


Basically they were fuckin ASSHOLES....

But my uncle is a sargeant, cousin is a cop, and dad is a fireman so i got off with a warning like usual....Just figured id share about how cops could pick out every little fuckin tiny thing to try and fuck you....The cop then tried to act like he was heping me out and told me he could have gave me 400 dollars in tickets and he could have taken my to jail for carrying the ID...

1sg will call your PLT SGT (ussaly and E-7)
then your squad leader (E-6) is chewed by the E-7
squad leader calles your team leader...... then u get all the shit that rolled down the hill from the commanders office and like 30 people know about it and u catch shit for ever (depending on how bad).... but im in your shoes im not going to get much more that a "slow the hell down"

While were on the subject, i figured it would share.

I was driving home from work a week ago, kind of tired. So I was driving about 60 in a 55 to get home to finish a paper and get some sleep (I'm a senior in highschool and all we do is write papers, it sucks). This car pulls in behind me and is so close i'm blinded by their high beams, and can't see a damn thing. So with a car to the right of me i speed up to about 69 to get in front of the car to my right and change lanes. BLUE LIGHTS. the car behind me was a Kentucky State Cop (the biggest dicks of all) so I pull over, reach for my wallet to get my license and then reach into the console for my registration. The cop comes to the window asked for both so I hand him both. he then asks me who (my mom's name here) was so i told him that was my mom and the car was in her name because i'm not 18 and can't legally own a vehicle. he looks over the registration and insurance information and hands it back to me. I just put it away. then he asks why i was driving 69 in a 55 i told him that a car came up behind me blinding me so i sped up to get out of the cars way, because changing lanes wasn't an option with a car on the right and i'm sure you would have hit me if i had slowed down because you were following so close. ( I wasn't trying to be a smart ass but it may have come off that way) either way the cop wrote me a ticket for doing 75 in a 55, not wearing a seatbeat (i never drive without it), not having proof of insurance, and failure to produce registration. (provided both of those to him as he requested)

Keep in mind i live in a small town but once a ticket is written by a state cop its in the system and you can't really do anything about it, if it were the city police i wouldn't even have gotten a warning (probably would not have been pulled over, too many connections and most cops know my car)
like I said very small town. So as for the ticket I have to go to court on October 1st lucky the cop has a long reputation for being an asshole so almost every single ticket he writes gets thrown out and it ends up being a waste of time for him and I know the Judge. Since then every time I got back on that same road the cop does the exact same thing (following extreamly close) last night he blue lighted me but then pulled around me just as i began to slow down to pull over.

Just a good example of a cop abusing his power being an asshole for no reason.

Now that I think about it,I dont think this is a good story to be pissed off about. You could have be busted for all that shit and you got a warning ?

You know ho many people have been forced to peel their tint off ,swap their exhaust etc before they go to court ? Not to mention the speeding,seatbelt etc. You should feel great .

There are people who have been pulled over for tint and have that snowball into a DUI ,jail , ,drug charges ,fines and a criminal record. You should be thankful not pissed.
