ups

Anyone gotten burned by ups?

Had something shipped through a member on here and ups decided to take some stuff out of the box for themselves. Then they had the nerve to tell me that it was up to the seller to keep me informed.

Thank you for your question. Our system does indicate that there is a pending claim for this shipment. Since this shipment was sent on your behalf through a UPS Store location; this retail location is considered the shipper. UPS finalizes all claims with the shipper, and I am unable to provide claim information to a receiver or third party. For further information about this claim, please contact the company or party who shipped your package for your final resolution. If the shipper has further questions about your claim, please ask them to contact us directly.

I sincerely apologize you received your package with missing merchandise and for the inconvenience to you.

Please contact us if you need any additional assistance.

well they were supposed to get back to him today, so I guess we will see. It was supposed to be some nitrous parts, but they took out the fuel solenoid, the bracket for it, the jets, and the purge kit. The box looked retaped so they were doing an investigation

I always get the little slip sayin i need to come pick up my package...I get there, theyre open for like...2 hours, and there's people that are camping outside like theyre waiting for a concert...I waited one time, eventually got kicked out and was told to wait in the parking lot for the driver to get back

it sucked ass we sent it back for warrenty work and never got it back instead we got some pos laptop that wasnt even ours so we did the right thing sent it back and we never got the customers back. they lost years worth of work, family photos personal info and we had to fight with UPS for like 3 months to finally get them to pay for the laptop.

theres bad apples in every company. Ive had horrible luck with DHL. Never had anything stolen though.

I do know guys that used to be drivers for Airborn. They stole stuff all the time. They would take boxes of video games from each others trucks. They'd meet up with one another on their routes.

They never did get caught. Im sure Airborn paid out the yin yang for that.
