As most of you now I was in Michigan over the weekend to see my family. It was all going good and my buddy asks me if I want to go to a birthday party of this kid that we now so i was like alright Ill go. We got there around 8:30 and nothin much was going on. Then everyone started playing beer pong. I had no plans a playing since i was going to drive home that night or no plans of drinking for that matter. But you know how it goes I had one beer in a plastic cup not even a full beer and that was it. Then the cops got called there somehow and everybody was yelling run away. So most of them di except me I just went behind the cabin because I knew I was cought anyway. They came back there with their lights and they said anybody in the woods come out. So i walked out because its better to just turn yourself in if they were gonna find you anyway. Then a few other people followed me out we sat down by the cops because. they said to we were the ones there that didnt have anything or next to nothing to drink because we were the only ones that came foreward. So they gave us all a breath test and I blew next to nothing but they decided they were gonna give me and my friend MIP's What The Fuck that is bull shit. Nobody was bothering anyone we were out in the middle of the woods about a mile from a road. But its a really small town and the crime rate is zero no kidding and all the cops do is bust partying kids and bust speeders. So I who doesent drink at all and had one beer one of the only i have ever had gets a fucking MIP that is fucking bull shit there was tons of others in the woods that whould have got them because they were actually drunk. But they are getting in more troble because they ran I guess. Sorry I had to just blow off some steam

But I had 3/4 of a beer so but since im done in Indy for college they said I can call the judge and mail in my fine so I dont have to drive up for court this is bull shit because the cops had nothing better to do and I wasnt even close to being drunk

That was what i got arrested for about a year ago dude! 12 hours in the drunk tank, and almost $600 in fines, plus i had to drive all the way back up to Muncie, IN for the court date...It happened at Ball State University.

cops in texas dont give two shits if you drink. but if you drink and drive thats a whole other ball game. in texas if the cops get called out to a party you dont run, you have the owner of the house/apartment tell the cop whats going on and every stays quiet and your good.

Im hopeing that this doesnt happen to me I only blew a .024 and thats it and the cop said that he has never seen a fine over $500 and that most were a $100 so I hope this doesent screw anything up for me. IHe said that I could call the court and problly jst mail in my fine so I dont have to drive all the way back home.

Thanks man I dont even understand how this happened I dont even drink im a good kid and this was never supposed to happen to me I was just in Michigan for three days to but im back in Indy now couldnt stand to be around the people that was there for this. Anyway the traced all the license plates on the cars that were there and my truck was there so they would have gotten me anyway like the rest that ran and had left their cars their. I got charged for public intoxication and underage drinking...haha, we wouldnt have even got caught if my friend would have checked me into his dorm earlier in the day...I was trying to fill out paper worked drunk off my ass! lol....the RAs said just go sit over there...a few minutes later my friend and I were getting arrested! lol, lesson learned i guess!
