Got my longtubes on...

Well, im gonna tell you about my day on Monday. I took my car to the shop and he tells me that they cannot do the H-pipe and im like ok whatever. And he said that i'd have to take it to the exhaust shop down the road to get the cats welded up, again, ok whatever. So, im at my house and the guy calls me asking where the flanges were, I tell him that I don't have anything to that sort and he says that exhaust shop will go that too. Then he calls me later telling me that I have the wrong )2 extensions. We get it worked out eventually. I got ass raped because he charged my $56 to extend the wires on the original sensors. (My ass stared bleeding.) And then he tells me that I have to take it to the other shop right down the road to get the cats welded up, and the flanges in. So, I drive the car a couple of miles with open longtube headers. Loud as hell. When I get there im freaking out because I have no freakin clue how much its gonna be there. I had no clue how much the flanges would be or how much welding they would have to do. So I say, "I've only got $75 do what you can do." I know this was retarted to say, but like stated before, I honestly had no clue how much it would be. They gave me 2 flanges and 6 welds (exact quote from the recept).....$75. My socks are now red from the blood dripping out of my ass. Anyways, I get the car back to the original shop and they finish it up. As I take off in it, I notice that it sounds like a completly different car. But, it seems to lack a bit of low end. And it honestly isn't running worth a damned. Now, I remember something about the rear )2 sensor bungs needing to be welded up. They are not welded, there is just a hole there now. Is that the problem? It also threw a check engine light, but I know that can be fixed with a tuner. The car sounds like absolute shit when starting up, during the crank, is that from the rear O2 sensor hole as well? I think its because of that hole, but if it is because of something else, please tell me. And I noticed today that something is hitting under there. I cannot see any welds broken, but ill look closer tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated.

He told me that i'd have to get fake O2 sensors and turn it off with a tuner. Can't I just weld it shut and get the same effect?

get mil eliminators which replaces your 02 sensors and turns off the cel. if there isnt anything in the 02 sensor hole it will be real loud and probably sound like ass. take it back and say your not satisfied with the job, etc.

You lose low end with aftermarket exhaust, it's normal, but gain more up top. Get those holes plugged ASAP.

There are no open holes and there are no leaks. I took two pics, what are these two spots?

The first one is the passenger side and the second one is the drivers side, but this is on both sides.

that is for air injection. you dont have air injection on your car so weld a bolt inside that bung to seal it

then it wont leak from there and it is fine. it is the air injection tube for the recirculation of exhaust gases. air injection is usually a california car thing (cars produced for sale in the state of CA)

Are you talking about the first picture? If not, what is that?

the second. i cant see anything in the first one- it is too dark. if it is facing towards the front of the car, it is the air injection (same as other one). if it is on the top of the primary, it is the EGR bung. if it is in the collector, it is the o2 sensor bung for the front o2 sensor
