Cell Phone Q's from a n00b

I'm going to be buying a new cell phone. However, since I've had a work provided phone for over 10 years, I'm oblivious to what a good phone is.

I'm willing to drop a couple hun for a decent phone, so your suggestions on what a decent unit are would be appreciated.

Mainly a phone, with occasional internet usage.

ive had the smaller one and it fell apart and the bigger one also fell apart and didnt work half the time.

Right right. Certain phones are compatable with only cetain carriers. The providor you choose may very well be a determaning factor in the type of phone you get.

I personally like Sony phones. The Razorz, IMO, are big POS's. Also, a Nokia of any variety, seems nearly indestructable. Kyrocera phones seem to be cutting egde, in the cell arena anyway.

TELUS FTW!! u can get a free PDA/Cell right now if u sign up. I recommend the Treo 700WX i got it and love it dude.

i was going to say i have heard great things about the treo models ... i am a fan of kyosera and motorola... those are the only two brands that i have ever owned in the last 4 years and they both work great...

look at it this way... phones fall apart cause you don't love them ... they work like a car... love it, it loves you

The trio is fuckin amazing im telling yah its fast lots of memory can install any programs u want and it has high speed internet built in.

The treo is probably the best phone ive ever used and nothing but good things to be said about the treo 700wx on the net
